Hello, I’m Smith — a multidisciplinary creative leader, art director, senior designer and problem solver with nearly three decades of experience. I create brands, campaigns, employee engagement, investor communications, property marketing, events, executive presentations and digital assets. I work with globally recognised organisations to turn complex challenges into clear, compelling creative solutions for some of the world’s most renowned brands to ambitious businesses looking to become them.
I’m driven by ideas rooted in insightful thinking, with storytelling at the heart of everything. For me, great creative is about telling the stories brand need to tell, connecting with people on a human level and creating work that has both impact and purpose. I thrive where creative strategy, craft and audience-first thinking come together, turning ideas into work that people notice, understand and remember.
Collaboration sits at the heart of my approach. I build open, co-authored partnerships with business leaders and brand owners, working closely with strategists, writers, illustrators, filmmakers, image-makers and production specialists. Together, to turn complex challenges into clear, compelling creative solutions that build stronger brands, engage audiences and deliver meaningful results.
Over the years, my work has taken many forms — from brand strategy and identity systems to investor and internal communications, property branding and marketing, publications, websites, digital assets, signage, exhibitions, executive presentation and campaigns. Whatever the format, my focus remains the same: creating work that is thoughtful, memorable and effective.
