How does BP attract the best graduates? By providing an engaging, hands-on experience that goes beyond traditional training. The BP Graduate Programme is carefully designed to immerse graduates in real-world challenges, helping them build a deeper understanding of the industry while developing their skills.
Along the way, graduates are encouraged to reflect on their career paths
and goals, ensuring they grow both professionally and personally. This unique programme offers the opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the energy sector, expanding knowledge, fostering innovation, and preparing graduates to contribute to BP's long-term success.

Year 1 – BP Employee engagement graduate programme – Year 1 aimed to attract the best graduates, from all types of academic backgrounds to apply, by inviting graduates, that the best place to ‘Work. Learn. Lead. and Grow’, is at BP. 

Year 2 – A work style career’s toolkit was created, with a set of resources to enable graduates to reflect on the skills and experiences gain during their journey to help identify areas for improvements, key contacts, help sell skills and experience to other departments and more and a single place to store and gather evidence of work experience.

Year 3 – Graduate survival guide and the ultimate manual for graduates and interns. Useful information on: Getting settled – What’s next – Case studies – When things go wrong – Where to go for help – and everything needed to succeed at BP.
