This included creating a new name, brand, and marketing collateral for the reimagined Park & Sayer residential apartment tower, located at the heart of Elephant & Castle.

Park & Sayer marketing brochure is based around origami, butterfly, chosen to reflect the proximity to green spaces and overarching rebirth of the area, a location with constant movement and energy, we wanted to create a feeling of luxury but with a touch of humour.
